• customs and regulatory data analysis
• trade data governance and reporting
• product classification and regulatory monitoring
• related analytics and automation tools

Specific services may be governed by separate agreements between Align and its customers.

You agree not to:

• use the website or services for unlawful purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• interfere with the operation of the services
• copy, distribute, or reverse engineer software or materials provided by Align

Align reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with Align are the property of Anor Technologies, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Align materials without prior written consent.

Customers may provide data to Align through use of the services (“Customer Data”).

Customer Data remains the property of the customer.

Align processes Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the services and in accordance with applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy.

Align services may integrate with or rely on third-party systems, data providers, or services.

Align is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

The Align website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align disclaims all warranties, including:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement

Align does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Align shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Align’s total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid to Align in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Align may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
